Dr. Goldman graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. After graduating dental school, Dr. Goldman continued on to complete his specialty training in pediatric dentistry from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry and the University of Illinois Medical Center. In addition, he received a Master of Science degree in oral sciences.
Dr. Goldman is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Illinois Dental Society, and Illinois Society of Pediatric Dentists. He is certified in basic life support and pediatric advanced life support.
Dr. Goldman has special interests in dental materials, treating the highly anxious child, and in treating patients with special needs. He is highly skilled in treating patients with non-pharmacologic methods. When deemed necessary, he also is trained and certified to use nitrous oxide and moderate sedation. Dr. Goldman also is trained to treat patients who require extensive dental care under general anesthesia.
Dr. Goldman lives in the northern suburbs with his wife Lauren and puppy Kinzie. He is a Chicago sports fan and in his college years played hockey for the fighting Illini. He still plays hockey once a week and encourages the use of protective mouthguards! He enjoys traveling, the beach, water sports, and trying any sushi restaurant with his wife. Dr. Goldman is excited to join Webster Dental Care.
